Planning Permission Application
Taking the conceptual design to the next phase: creating a Planning Permission Application (not all projects require Planning Permission – we are here to advise).
The application will be submitted on your behalf to your local Council Planning Department, and PROARK will follow the application through to the final decision made by your local authority.
Detailed Construction Design
PROARK will develop a fully detailed design package to be submitted for approval to your local authority for a Building Warrant before construction begins.
This package includes detailed engineering design, all the way to the light switch placement.
